The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. I truly appreciated the attention The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful assistance during my visit, every interaction was positive and filled with genuine care. Their professionalism and friendliness made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. I recently stayed at this hotel during a short trip and found it to be a decent option for travelers on a tight budget. The location is quite convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby eateries. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom could have been better maintained. While the basics were in place, more attention to hygiene would greatly improve the experience. It's suitable for a quick stay if cost is the main concern.

It claims to be a 3 star hotel but has no ac & elevator. (They did not even mention it on their listing that it had no ac). We had two heavy luggage and they only had two older women staff to carry it upstairs through staircase! Room service is extremely poor - a simple tea took one hour. Same goes for dinner. Washroom had no tissue rolls and room had mosquitoes. Worst service ever! Please book it only if you want to ruin your trip.

Hotel is very nice and rooms are very beautiful It is good value for money. The hotel is maintained well and proper. Staff and hospitality is excellent. especially hotel receptionist aka so quite... ☺️ yeah we so happy to stay here, we vist again.....✨ Said this hotel is great for a peaceful stay, and that it has spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location.

very nice place to stay. Mr Ananthuraj at reception desk was very helpful in arranging kathakali program tickets. Also arranged visit to spice garden and jeep trekking. Enthusiastic People like him actually make trips memorable and want us to visit once again.

Room was good,however bathroom was not good,toilet and bath had no separator,soap not provided, lift not there, not expected this from Treebo,compared to other treebo properties, old property, lot of renovation required. However in amount I paid,room was decent.
